About This Blog

This is a blog dedicated to business growth. I interview thought leaders, entrepreneurs and educators to find out what they see on the horizon - what’s working, what isn’t and what to do about it. I also blog for the Canadian Marketing Association and provide branding tips and techniques for growth. I believe sustainable business growth is a by product of building your brand inside out and developing a unique competitive advantage that cannot be duplicated.

Based on this premise I founded SalesFertilizer.com whose focus is collaborating with businesses to uncover their "Miracle Growth Formula" to generate growth that is "off the charts".

I have a passion for people and business and love to simplify the complex to engage employees and wow customers. Effective communication isn’t the only thing it’s everything! I’m on the Burlington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, mentor McMaster University Engineering Masters students, and am a feature blogger for the Canadian Marketing Association. I'm also part of the Golden Horseshoe Manufacturing Network, Golden Horseshoe Bioscience Network Advisory Committee and am the founding Chair of the Value Accelerator Group.
